We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To ensure eligibility, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Worst service ever

The sales staff did not have a good attitude and everything I wanted to check without even moving an inch the staff kept saying it’s not available. Their attitude was not friendly at all. They need to improve their communication skills. However, the employee at the cashier was polite and made my exchange possible. I wouldn’t want to visit this shop again.
