We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To ensure eligibility, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item directly from your doorstep and deliver the new item. Exchange Process Details

However, from the third exchange onward, a delivery fee may be charged to cover pickup and redelivery costs.
