14-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To ensure eligibility, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item directly from your doorstep and deliver the new item. In case the courier requests an address, kindly provide: 17, Swarna Road, Colombo 06, Eleganno Clothing. We will supply a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the package back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Exchange Process Details
Our exchange policy ensures a seamless experience for our customers. The first and second exchanges due to size issues are complimentary. However, from the third exchange onward, a delivery fee may be charged to cover pickup and redelivery costs.
