This has been the worst online order I’ve ever made. I placed my order based on the size chart provided, but the actual product size was completely different. I attempted to get a replacement multiple times – I called the shop, sent several WhatsApp messages, Messenger chats, and even emailed them. Since I live far away from the shop, I had no choice but to try contacting them online.

Unfortunately, they didn’t respond for weeks. After a long time, they finally replied, only to say that the item couldn't be exchanged because it was purchased during a promotion. While I understand their policy, the main issue is that I made numerous attempts to reach them without any response for a long time.

Overall, it was a very poor experience with terrible customer service. I strongly advise others not to order anything online from this shop.
