We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To ensure eligibility, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return or exchange.

However, from the third exchange onward, a delivery fee may be charged to cover pickup and redelivery costs.
